Hyperdilute Radiesse
A newer and highly effective use for Radiesse, a biostimulatory agent, is the technique of hyperdilution. When diluted and injected superficially, Radiesse acts as a collagen and elastin-stimulating agent to tighten the skin. The Hyperdilute Radiesse is then injected into the desired area focusing on areas needing a “shrink wrap effect” through a thin cannula making downtime virtually zero. This treatment is a favorable alternative to surgical interventions such as facelift or neck and décolleté lift.
Without hyperdilution and used at full strength, Radiesse is an amazing dermal filler used to lift cheeks, contour jawlines, augment chins, smoothing wrinkles and folds particularly on the face. It can also be used to enhance volume in the hands, breasts, and buttocks. It contains calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel carrier, which provides immediate results and stimulates collagen production for long-term benefits.

You may see an immediate result after treatment. The collagen-stimulating effects of the treatment will take over at 3-4 weeks post-treatment and will continue for up to 6 months. The gains you make with treatment will last, however, the aging process will continue- you will just age from a better place. For these reasons, we recommend an effective at-home anti-aging regimen and regular visits for maintenance treatment.
We recommend 2 – 3 treatments performed 1-2 months apart for optimal results. The number you will need will depend on your overall skin health, amount of skin laxity, and volume loss. To maintain results, we recommend regular follow-up treatments.
The treatment is generally comfortable, with the use of numbing agents and advanced injection techniques to minimize discomfort.
There is little to no downtime with Hyperdilute Radiesse injections, with some slight bruising that can occur.
